I came across this book while searching for another on Amazon. The kindle price is $4 but I'm hesitant to buy it. Published just last month, there are only 2 reviews. I know there are relavent arguments on this forum somewhere. Otherwise, if anyone is interested in looking at the arguments in the book and describing here, I'd be interested in reading. I read the sample content that appears to have citations. I suspect there may be some good information merged with fanatical drivel and would like to know if others smarter and better informed than I may offer some input.
