It seems to me that Towrah "teaching, instruction, guidance and direction" is found WITHIN the first 5 books of Scripture, along with history. Would it be accurate to equate Towrah with all of the 'thus saith YHWH' scripture verses, whichever books they are found in? Would everything Yahowsha said be considered Towrah? I mean of course his teaching.

Yes. I see it this way there is Towrah capital T, and towrah lowercase T. Towrah capital T is the title given to the five books scribed by Moshe. Towrah lowercase t is God's teaching, instructions and guidance which He revealed in the Towrah, capital T, and through Prophets and spokesmen.
