I went to Amazon to buy a copy of the DSS bible
Are there different revisions?
They had a Oct 2002 new paperback for 18.71 and a used May 2004 used for 34.22
What's the difference?

The only one you want is this one

Anything else regarding the translation of the Dead Sea Scrolls are translations, not of the "Biblical" scrolls, but of the rest of the scrolls written by the members of the Dead Sea community.

That's the one I'm looking at, if you look at the prices there is a "show 2 more formats" that if you click on it will show the paperback May 2004 used starting at twice the price of the new 2002 paperback.

Interesting. It says nothing of it being a revision. Probably just a new reprint.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. but the $$ made it seem strange.

Also is there an electronic (like pdf) version out there?
