How do you explain to people that God actually "spoke with Moseh"? My friends seem to think that the Torah was written down by "inspiration of the Spirit" and not "dictated, word-for-word." I do think the Torah was in existence from the beginning with Adam, but it was also later dictated to Moseh. Any ideas?

What about Genesis, and the "Documentary Hypothesis"? Did Genesis exist before Moseh wrote it down? Did Genesis exist in writing before Moseh? Wouldn't it have to have been "dictated" since every 7th letter spells "YHWH" and every 49th letter spells "TRWH"??

The towrah lowercase t is Yah's teaching and has always existed. The Towrah capital T are the 5 books scribed by Moshe. The Towrah was part dictation, namely Ba'reshiyth, and part Moshe writing down what Yah told him to do, what he did, how others reacted etc. |

In addition to 'shamar' doesn't the Torah also say 'asah' / perform / do in association with 'shamar' ?

'asah is to prepare and produce through work so as to benefit from, to gain and profit from. We do 'asah towrah, by shamaring it. |
