James,

Is this show replacing the blogtalk program or will it be in addition to?

If it replaces, will the blogtalk archives still be available?

Thanks!

Thank you, Yada. I really can't express how much we (wife and I ) have enjoyed the time that you took to help many like us, to a better understanding of YHWHs Word. On the Shabat we often have to catch up by listening to the btr archieved shows, or, to our ipod. And I wish I had a picture for every time we were listening and what we suspected in scripture, you helped us confirm. I thank you for confirming many of our suspisions that much was altered, and all the high 5's as I'll swing around in my chair to see my wife just shaking her head in hearing the truth as we slap hands.
We'll miss the show on btr, but looking forward to the new one.
Thank you!

I can answer these questions... so I will ;)

For now, the show "Shattering Myths"... 10am-Noon est. Monday - Friday ... is replacing the BTR program. "For now"= No one knows how long the show will run on GCN network.
http://www.gcnlive.com/

The archives will still be available at BTR.

Starting this Friday night, Yada will be doing a Sabbath show/study on BTR... I believe it will air at 8pm est.

It's kol towb!

The commercials are pretty anoying. I edited them out and there were about 17 min of commercials, 37 minutes of actual show, for a total of about 54 minutes on the second hour show.

I have repeatedly tried the GCN website and cannot find todays show at all. It shows July in the archive but no program in there. It also wont show a podcast page either. Can someone please post the program here in Yada for me as I really want to listen to Yadas first show. Thanks..John56

first hour...

second hour...

http://archives2012.gcnl...tteringMyths/0723122.mp3

"It shows July in the archive but no program in there." You have to click on the word "July" in that box... then it will show the shows.

Noach and eh steve...many thanks. I tried July as you said but it always came up empty. Thanks for the mp3's. I look forward to hearing the broadcast. I only hope GCN can cope with the wailing and gnashing of teeth and continue the show. Thanks once again...John56.

I was able to download the show in two segments under the podcast button.
As a listener for several years to the archives as work gets in the way of listening live, I thought Yada did a fantastic job today.
In spite of what he professed last week, he seemed very comfortable.
It will be interesting when the conservative Christians get a hold of this.

Can't wait to listen to the archives/POD cast!
Can I post links to the show on my FB page? Is that okay?

Wish I could listen live, but the archives will have to do it for me.

I can put the mp3's on my kindle - yippee!!!!

Yes, the commercials really keep me glued to the program. "Camel's milk." Think I shall run to the nearest food store to get some. And better than real milk. Wow!

I have listened to the archived shows from Monday and Tuesday and would like to thank Yada for going forward with this decision! I truly believe this was the right move to reach a larger audience. Yah uses His implements very well! The show receieved two phone calls on only the second day. Commercial breaks are too frequent and lengthy, but I understand completely the reason for this and it does not bother me one bit considering the message that people are receiving.

Once again, thank you Yada for getting us back on the Path to a relationship with Yah! It feels wonderful to have a true loving relationship with THE Creator!

May Yah bless all of us who have come to know Him.

I got to the On Demand section and I can listen live. But here is my (dummy newbie) question. I'd prefer to download the past podcasts and play them at my leisure later. I like to listen to podcasts on my music player when I powerwalk in the morning.
Is this possible? If so can you explain it to a dummy? IOW dumb it down for me.
Thanks

For those interested i have been editing the commercials each day and our good friend Flintface has been nice enough to post them on his site, so if you want the shows commercial free here is the link.

http://www.blessyahowah.com/sm/

I usually can get them edited and to Flintface within an hour or two of the show depending on my schedule.

I thought that too. When you try and archive the gcn for sept. it disappears from the screen.
Was there a show yesterday?

It's not just the archives, the broadcasted show was a rebroadcast. I don't know if this was intended or an accident. I emailed Yada about it, but have not heard anything as of yet.

I vaguely recall Yada saying something last Friday night on the BTR Shabat program about the first hour of SM on Monday would be a re-broadcast... I didn't catch the reason. I think he also said that he would be "live" the second hour today and it seems that did not happen today. He'll probably explain tomorrow am.

Great job, Larry!

Just once I'd like to hear you say, "going, going,.. gone. It's a dinger over the left certer field wall, ladies and gentleman."

You have a voice dictation that's superb, and really sounds like a sportscasters, in my opinion! Great job hosting the show.

Okay, I am listening to the Sept. 24 broadcast and heard Larry mention body parts being sold in South Africa. I have an old classmate living there (ex pats that have been there for over a decade) as well as friends that have filmed movies there and even friends that have visited and I have never heard of body parts being sold on the open market. Is there anyway to verify such a statement? That was a really, really strong statement and it was strange to hear since I speak with my old classmate on a regular basis and he posts pictures almost daily from living there. I would think that at least one of the many people I know living there or having visited there would mention such a thing.

Thanks cgb2,

I did some research and it doesn't seem isolated to SA at all. In fact, there were convictions here in the US in 2008 for harvesting and selling human body parts, a multimillion dollar business. So, I guess it isn't an "African" thing at all and the parts aren't being sold to exclusively or even the majority to African or African nations.

Seems I also got some hits about body parts/witchdoctor stuff in South Africa too, but didn't think relevant until I listened to 1st hour Monday show. Maybe that was what he was refering to.

The above attachment actually belonged to Twilight Zone/Walking away from Babylon....but thread didn't allow attachments there.

Andy Williams died yesterday. He is the one who sang the “The Exodus Song (This Land is Mine)” that Yada uses for the opening of the BTR radio show.

Yes, Andy Williams indeed had a "voice", a gift from Yah.

I believe Yada is doing an excellent job with the SM show on GCN! It seems that there are thinking people out there after all, based on the the people calling in. I was moved, just as Yada was, by William's call the other day!

May Yah Bless those who Know Him

Sent a request for the IT dept for GCN to correct the archives. They are already showing November and when you click you get a blank response. I better get Scott's direct number b/c I'm ready to just kick back and listen and he's not on the ball here.^)

GCNLive has resolved their most recent archives problem. I have downloaded yesterday's and today's programs, stripped out the commercial breaks, and uploaded them to my website. If you're interested, the URL is http://www.blessyahowah.com/sm/2012/October/.
