Just wondered if circumcision was in effect for Adam or any of his offspring long before Abraham?

It's never mentioned in Towrah, so no one can say definitely.
Don't take my word for it, Look it up.

As far as we know. no. It seems to me like an agreement in regards to the land.

If it was in effect pre Abe though I would think Abe would have been snipped at birth and there would be no need for it to be mentioned.

One flaw in that logic Rob, Abe's father did not know Yahuweh.

I'm inclined to believe that if people were Yahuweh would have told us.

Yea that is true, but I was thinking more along the lines that the lifespan of people was still pretty long, and although we know Terah was an Idol worshiper there must have been something passed down the generations - and with the life span it wasn't that long ago since Noah. With Noah's life story, and the man he was etc etc - upright and all that, there must have been stories or, well, anything. Plus if it was something passed down the line of Seth, it would, knowing man, become a tradition anyway and a standard thing done after birth. Plus we probably would have heard about it with Cain and Abel - or how Seth was different...

Yea I agree on your second point
